Default Spacing not preserved on replies after upgrade

Last night we upgraded to 6.0.6 build 2330 last night from 6.0.5, but today messages are losing their formatting when forwarded or replied to.

For example, this:

Code:
Date      Ticket  Name  DoE   Issue
=================================================================================
06/01/10 123456 BLA High User could not login via User Portal to Abe because
                              of Abe maintenance, not because of his password
                              going to be expire.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
becomes this if someone replies or forwards:

Code:
----- Original Message -----
> Date Ticket Name DoE Issue
> =================================================================================
> 06/01/10 123456 BLA High User could not login via User Portal to Abe
> because of Abe maintenance, not because of his password
> going to be expire.
> ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It looks like extra whitespace is being condensed down to a single space, and it's particularly problematic for ASCII tables or snippets of source code that are sent around for collaborative work.

Does anyone have any ideas? If not, I'll open a bug report.

Thanks,

Chris
