Default ZCS+ AD integration Add exclude user list for a domain

Hi all.
I was trying to search the answer for my question.
But didn't find any info.
So here it is:

I have integrated ZCS to active directory authentication.
All work perfectly. GAl search.
But unfortunately we have faced with problem. Some of our mailoxes are only exist in zimbra local DB domain.
Most of them are working accounts for different services .And I don't wona create all of the in our AD tree.
that is not exist in Active directory database.

Is it possible to add local ZCS users for domain witch is configured to use external authentication,
some exclude list ,so the zimbra did not search for this user in active directory. And authenticate this user localy ?

I'm using Release 5.0.20_GA_3127.RHEL5_64_20091102122116 RHEL5_64 FOSS edition
Thank you.
