Hi,
I want to restrict Distribution-List1 users to sending mail to other Distribution-Lists.
I mean users can send mail to only those Distribution-Lists which they are belongs to and not to others Distribution-Lists which they are not belongs.

Is it possible?

I am also thinking the same...
so can i create permitted_senders and protected_recipients files for each list?
i mean permitted_senders1 and protected_recipients1...permitted_senders2 and protected_recipients2..and so on?...
any third party tool for the same? like mailmain, sympa etc.

No, as a distribution list is very different to a mailling list; especially in the context of mailman or majordomo.
