Our zimbra is configured in Redhat Enterprise linux 5.0 and th e procedure which has given is not suitable in our environment.Can u provide step by step procedure to configure backup for open source based on redhat enterprise linux 5.

The backup articles are suitable for any version of Linux, try them and see which ones are suit your set-up.

If you think none of the backup procedures in the wiki or the forums is suitable for your environment then you'll have to write your own.
