LDAP Different OU

I'm using Zimbra 5 (haven't upgraded yet) and all my users from different branches are in the same LDAP Organisation Unit (OU), eg:

OU=people,DC=company,DC=com


I want to change this so I can have users from different branches with different OU, eg:

OU=NewYork,dc=company,DC=com
OU=Paris,DC=company,DC=com


Is this possible? I'm using zimbra internal LDAP.
