How do I move resources between servers?

I have set up a new server with the Zimbra proxy installed and have been using the move mailbox option to nicely migrate accounts across. Now I need to start moving resources... But I can't find an option to do that.

In this ticket the screenshot shows move mailbox when right clicking a resource. That option isn't there in 6.0.6

Bug 45476 – cannot move resource mailbox from admin console.

So how is it done?

OK having reread the ticket I see those options only appear if you search for the mailbox, not if you browse for them.
