Default [SOLVED] Odd Problem Just Appeared

zimbra OSS 6.06

This does not happen on all mailboxes.

New mail is set to pop-up

When a new mail or reply mail is started the window pops up and the zimbra wall paper appears but nothing else.

We have re-booted the affected desktops running windows/firefox but to no avail. Testing using windows ie 8 and zimbra works fine.

There may have been 2 windows patches auto installed on the user's machine before the last boot.

There are no new firefox patches available.

Any ideas?

Update. Put firefox into "Start Private Browsing..." mod and the problem went away. Switched back and the problem is there. Maybe it is a cookie problem?

I will clean out the cache and see if that fixes the problem.

FYI, that did it. A browser/firefox issue. Cleared 'all' type of history. Ghost in the firefox machine. Back to normal?
