Your problem sounds kind of hit-and-miss / on-and-off, but just thought I would add that I've had users complain about stuff not going into the Sent folder before and it turned out that they had un-checked the preferences box to "Save a copy in the Sent folder". I'm currently running 6.0.6.1 so I can't check for sure, but I believe in the 5.x level this preference box was right next to the "Out of Office" section, which users go into often.
The other thought I had is did these users, by chance, try to setup a filter for sent messages with attachments or something like that? |
