Our Zimbra users password changed automatically hi,
We have migrated 3 domains, 4 months ago. It was working fine. No issues.
After 3 and half months, we migrated 5 more domains.
Last one month no issues in all domains..
Now the old 3 domains (4months ago) users password has been re-set without any initiation mail.
Even they not able to change their password in login screen.
Please find the following messages.
1st time login error -> "Your password in no longer valid, Please choose a new password"
Then it shows 2 more feilds for new password called "New password " and "Confirm "
After submitted this form with new password error comes like this :
"You are not allowed to change password .........."
Kindly update me for move forward. |
