Default Calendar/Appointment

Company calendar, group calendar

Hello,

I have created a company calendar by creating an account called company@company.com.

I have shared that calendar out to a distribution list that has everyone in the company.

I want to use this calendar to keep track of 'Big Meetings' at the office. Not everyone attends the meetings, but everyone should be aware.

What we currently do is invite company@company.com to the Big Meetings as well as the executives that are attending.

The person that creates the appointment adds notes for the executives that the other people who can view that event should not see.

Is there a way in Zimbra to NOT publish the meeting notes for the calendar company@company.com?

All I want to publish is the time, location, and attendees.

Thanks
