Locked Accounts

I have a few accounts that I forward off to external system. These are people that advise our company and are not really in need of having a full-blown account, only the ability to receive company addressed email forwarded off to their external email, like hotmail or comcast.

If the account is Locked, can it still forward to the external system?

I'm presuming the answer is yes, it will forward. On the system I had, it forwarded internal. Will test when it goes live.
