Our server time is accurate with the "date" command, and Zimbra is set to the correct time zone (CST.) zmprov gc give me zimbraPrefTimeZoneId: America/Chicago, which is correct, but it shows EDT in the headers of its e-mails. Also, the log file shows the same hour-off timing.
