as per the headers looks like the email "orignated" from your own zimbra's webmail..it dont appear to be a SPAM sent to you from outside..
are these correct headers of actual spam or your user FWD you this..as in that case u need to get the REAL headers
As for SPAM traffic..answer is it all depends..some time you get "waves" of it ..some times its just targetted to your server or ip's
