[SOLVED] Zimbra & Antivirus Stopped

Dear ppl,
first... sorry for my english it isn't perfect
i try to explain my problem..
My antivirus in zimbra don't want to start i have this logs

~$ zmcontrol status
Host hostname
Antivirus Stopped
antispam Running
ldap Running
logger Running
mailbox Running
mta Running
snmp Running
spell Running
stats Running

~$ zmantivirusctl start
Thu May 20 08:57:50 2010 Service antivirus is not enabled. Skipping antivirus
Thu May 20 08:57:50 2010 Service archiving is not enabled. Skipping archiving
Thu May 20 08:57:50 2010 Service imapproxy is not enabled. Skipping imapproxy
amavisd already running: pid 5740
Clamd already running



how i can start it ? what is the command for enable that service?


And i have another problem .. when i go in an administrator panel in "Mail in queue" it reply to me with this error..

Messaggio: system failure: exception during auth {RemoteManager: mail.local.local->zimbra@mail.local.local:22} Codice di errore: service.FAILURE Method: GetMailQueueInfoRequest Dettagli:soap:Receiver

Run the following command and post the output here:

zmprov gs `zmhostname` | grep zimbraServiceEnabled

You should also tell us which version of ZImbra that you're having the problem with, what's the output of:

zmcontrol -v

You should also tell us which version of ZImbra that you're having the problem with, what's the output of:

i have resolved the problem for the queue mail ... thanks !! but still there's the problem with the antivirus

Yes and I asked you for some further information about that problem. However, since you've posted your version information we can probably assume you need to upgrade: ClamAV 0.94 EOL on ZCS 5.0.16 prior

zimbraServiceEnabled: Antivirus
check my UPDATE comments in RED in the following link
ClamAV 0.94 EOL on ZCS 5.0.16 prior (discussion)

problem is you have written CAPITAL "A" for Antivirus..instead of lowercase "a"
you will need to remove the service and add it again with lowercare "a"

su - zimabra
zmprov ms `zmhostname` -zimbraServiceEnabled Antivirus
zmprov ms `zmhostname` +zimbraServiceEnabled antivirus
zmcontrol stop
zmcontrol start

after this if your AV still not working then you may have OLD calmav as EOL so you check the link phoenix gave you in the prior reply.

the problem is the A in Antivirus the correct is antivirus !!
