One of our users has reported missing e-mails.
I checked the mail & mailbox logs but can't find a relevant record.

If a user deletes or moves a mail message is there a (or redo) log of this?

What do you class as a missing email ? you could restore last nights backup, as you are on NE, to a different account and check whether it was there or not.
