COS Email Snippet Setting

Is there a setting in the COS sections to set default to snippet previews on emails to off? I am running zimbra 6.0

No, there isn't.

While not in the admin console, via SOAP/CLI it's zimbraPrefShowFragments.

(Was hard to find, should have used the terminology 'fragments' besides 'snippets' in the user preferences area.)
