Default Zimbra 6 Web Interface and messages in Outbox

Hi there

Is there any way, or any utility I could use to prompt my users when they close the web interface and they still have unsent / sending mail in their outbox, in the same way as Outlook does?

Thanks

There isn't an Outbox in the Zimbra web UI, I guess you mean the Sent folder? There also won't be any messages left to send, they're sent immediately the user hits 'Send'.

Hi Bill

Thanks for your speedy response. It seems a fell into the old trap of not fully understanding the user query.

The issue is actually that, when the UI is closed, and a compose window is open, this is saved to drafts rather than prompting to be sent when the user says 'Yes, close all 4 tabs' or whatever the prompt. I'm fairly sure there is no way around this, but if so, please let me know.

Thanks

Yes, it will be saved as a draft rather than sent as it's assumed the user hasn't finished editing the email.
