Hai Selvaraj.

I also had the similar kind of problem. The solution i know is, re-install the same means same zcs x.0.x copy of zimbra and restore the back up.

#su zimbra
#zmcontrol stop
then go to root and copy the backup ie eg: /backup/zimbra to /opt/

#chown -R zimbra:zimbra /opt/zimbra
#/opt/zimbra/libexec/zmfixperms

now start your server

#su zimbra
#zmcontrol start

if your backup is good and the dummy zimbra is the same as of the backup then everything will work without hicups.
