Default [SOLVED] How NOT to display resource name ahead of shared calendar

Hi All

I have created a user called movements to manage shared resources such as calendars and contacts.

Lets say I create a calendar called 'Project Managers'

I share this with the required users.

The users get the share, click accept and the name appearing will be 'movements Project Managers'

Is there any way to send out a share that does not display 'movements' and just the calendar (or whatever!) name?

Or am I going about sharing calendar's incorrectly?

The user could always rename the share when they receive it ? alternatively you could mount it for them with the correct name from the CLI ?

Well even though you send detailed instructions on naming the share, I still see lots of badly named calendars.

I'll look into the CLI option, probably best to have zero user involvement!

Thanks for your time :-)

Having a bit of trouble with a calendar name that has a space

Code:
zmmailbox -z -m movements@theoffice.co.uk mfg -i "/Project Managers" account ifan@theoffice.co.uk rwidx
ERROR: zclient.CLIENT_ERROR (unknown folder: -i)
Have tried " and ' what should be the correct syntax when the share has a space in the name? Works fine with a share with no space....

Also is it possible to add multiple users at once to a share?

Don't know what the -i is but give this a try
Code:
zmmailbox -z -m movements@theoffice.co.uk mfg /"Project Managers" account ifan@theoffice.co.uk rwidx

I've been playing for this on and off for a while now and it is either not playing nice or I simply do not understand...

so here's a few steps....

Create a calendar in our movements account - I called it 'nospaces'

Then at the command line...
Code:
zmmailbox -z -m movements@anheddau.co.uk mfg /nospaces account ifan@anheddau.co.uk rwidx
Which completes with no errors.

I then log in to my webclient - click the Calendar tab and the calendar is not displayed.

So I check to see what rights I have.....

Code:
mbox movements@anheddau.co.uk> getAllFolders
Id View Unread Msg Count Path
---------- ---- ---------- ---------- ----------
         1 conv 0 0 /

And it seems it has granted me permissions. Am I missing something here to get it displayed with my calendars?

Default Sorted!

It's a two stage affair!

the wiki here is a little confusing as it doesn't read in the same way that you are completing the task....

so first share the resource as mentioned above...

then

Code:
zmmailbox -z -m ifan@anheddau.co.uk cm --view appointment -F# /NoSpaces movements@anheddau.co.uk /nospaces
This examp[le uses a calendar called 'nospaces'

if you have a calendar with spaces like Meeting Room wrap them up in ""
