Mail forwarding for an entire domain

Currently I have two ZCS servers one V5 and one V6.

I would like to simply use the V5 server as a backupMX for the V6 for just one domain. There are several domains on both servers, both servers holding different domains currently.

So my question is, how can I tell the server running V5 to attempt to forward all mail for one domain to another server?

You haven't given much of a description of your configuration. If one of the machines is really a backup MX then you should just change the DNS records for the domain to point at your new server otherwise you may need a Split Domain, search the wiki for those words.
