If you are running 6.0.6.1 then there is no necessity to upgrade ClamAV as it is using
Code:
lrwxrwxrwx  1 root root   25 Apr  8 10:04 clamav -> /opt/zimbra/clamav-0.95.3
dr-xr-xr-x 10 root root 4096 Apr  8 10:04 clamav-0.95.3
unless there is a specific reason ?

6.0.7 which is targetted for release later this month will come bundled with 0.96.
