Error on shared mailbox

Hi Everyone,

I've created a shared mailbox and gave right to some users on this mailbox using :

sudo -u zimbra /opt/zimbra/bin/zmmailbox -z -m sharedMailbox@domain mfg / account account@domain rwixd
sudo -u zimbra /opt/zimbra/bin/zmmailbox -z -m account@domain cm /nameSharedMailbox sharedMailbox@domain /

The problem is :
- user do see this shared mailbox but sometimes they just can't access the emails. When they click on "Inbox", no mail appears, only "no reasults found"

What bothers me is that I do see the numer of email unread but can't access it.

I've checked the logs but nothing appears here.

Did anyone already had the problem ?

Please check /opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log when a user experiences that problem and report any errors.
