Within Zimbra it checks the headers and looks for one called
Code:
X-Spam-Flag
If that is set to YES then it will automatically direct the email into the Junk folder. As that is being set by another server Zimbra is just honouring its sieve filter.

I should add that if you wish to completely disable that from happening
Code:
su - zimbra
zmprov mcf zimbraSpamHeader X-SPAM-TAG
That will stop the automatic filter from moving messages.
