Default [SOLVED] Used quota always displayed as zero

As a domain administrator, I am able to see view the correct quota usage of my users.
But when I logged in as a normal administrator, the quota usage displayed value is always zero.
Full domain console rights have been given to the normal administrator.

Can anyone advise what is missing?
Our Zimbra server is 6.0.6.
Thanks in advance!

WIth warm regards,
Faith Tan

You haven't given much detail about the exact steps to reproduce your 'problem', it would help if you did. What, exactly, do you mean by a 'normal administrator' as mentioned in your first post? Have you actually given the Administrators the rights to view the quota? Go to the Help Desk (you need your server address in that url) on your server and search for the word 'Rights', then read how to manage them.

Hi Bill,

When creating the user, there is an option under Account Setup for assigning the user as Global Administrator or Administrator. We had selected Administrator.

Under Configure Grants, we had set as follows:
Target Type Right Name
domain +domainAdminConsoleRights
domain set.account.zimbraCOSId
domain get.account.zimbraCOSId
domain -set.account.zimbraMailQuota
domain -set.account.zimbraIsDelegatedAdminAccount
domain -adminLoginAs

For your advice.
Thank you.

With warm regards,
Faith

You should try adding the following:

Code:
getMailboxInfo
