Sending test spam messages

I want to send some valid test spam messages to a new zimbra install and see how it picks them up.

is there any where i can download some spam messages and send them via
mail -s 'enlarge your penis' user@x.com < test-spam.html

I just want to see that it picks it up in the spam folder.
