Default problems to edit /opt/zimbra/conf

Hi all

I have a zimbra server that is in ubuntu, since this a few weeks ago I cataloged my mails as spam, email is reviewing that and it fh_date_past_20xx ship a zimbra bug and found multiple souciones there for that, but the problem is not I can edit any of the files are in /opt/zimbra/conf/spamassassin because everyone has read-only permissions and although the change and can midificar to restart the service when they return as they were before.

They know how I can change that or if I have to edit something for me to apply the changes?

Thank you very much
