I have a client with a simular issue. He has send email to himself with his Zimbra account and it goes directly to the junk mail. The past couple that I sent to myself had the word "print" in them, perhaps that was causing the problem. I just sent myself an email with the word "test" as the subject line and it went through without a problem. It only occurs with some messages. It is still occurring though--I sent an email from my account to myself last night February 23, 2012 11:27 PM and it went straight to the junk folder |
