Default Filter suject keywods-HOW TO DO

HI!
Some users in the company recieve dozens of spams in the spams directory,which makes me unconfortable.
And many of them contain keyword like "training" in subject.I wanna my zcs refuse mails like this.
What shall I do??

IMHO it would be to generic to block on a word like that. If they are going into the Junk folder then is that really a issue ? Would you be able to post the headers from one of those emails so we can see which rules are already being hit ?

Thanks for your reply.But all the mails are in chinese,I am not sure my posting the headers from one of the emails will be of help.

One of those mails' subjects is "5/14-15北京 6/12-13上海准时开课"
sender "有效运用绩效考核处理员工关系、调岗调薪"
from <dwoueyoihgoeism@cand.com.cn>
to liuwenp@gonqi.com

I presume you mean the Junk folder? If you do they should eventually get trained and removed from the system automatically.
