Then search the forums for backup & restore articles or look at the Backup section in the Zimbra :: Wiki on backing up the Open Source edition.

already i seen lot of wiki document but i didn't get clear answer in any forum if possible give the clear steps for doing this backup and restore...

I've already given you a link to the wiki, go there and read the Backup articles -the articles have the steps and scripts needed to backup your Zimbra server - there are also articles in the forums that have exact steps & scripts for backup.
