    Default Triplicate/Quadruplicate Sent Messages - Mac

    This happens only on the client side for both Apple Mail and Entourage. This is a Power Mac G5 so I cannot install the Zimbra Client. When logging into the web client this is not an issue. However, the date stamps on the web/server are incorrect from merging an old mailbox from the switch to zimbra, it appears a majority of the mail was sent on March 17th (the day we merged the mail) but it doesn't appear this way on the client side it shows the proper date stamps. Very strange. I have removed and re-added the accounts a number of times for both Apple Mail and Entourage with the same result. This seems to keep getting worse more and more mail is copying itself.

    Any thoughts or suggestions?

    Is this problem occurring with a Zimbra server? If it is what version are you using? Please update your forum profile with the output of the following command (do not post it in this thread):

    zmcontrol -v
    Se are you actually saying that your email is duplicated in your mailbox on the Zimbra server, does it appear as duplicates in the client Inbox) or that it's sending duplicate emails?

    You've posted this in the Zimbra Desktop forum so is it also a problem with the Zimbra Desktop client and if so which version?

    I apologise Pheonix, my company just switched over to Zimbra server and have just started posting on these forums. I thought this was the General section. My mistake thanks for your insight.
