Default Cannot connect to server | method: SearchConvRequest | code: EMPTY_RESPONSE

I've got an error I've never seen before:
Cannot connect to server
method: SearchConvRequest
msg: Cannot connect to server
code: EMPTY_RESPONSE

This was triggered by the user was clicking on attachment which was 389KB. All other users were OK while 1 user was getting this error.

It locked her Firefox browser tab during and after the error. She could use the same tab to go to yahoo, google, etc but not to her zimbra inbox. We tried closing and re-opening the browser - no luck; a reboot did it, though I'm sure a log out/in would have as well.

It's a brand new install on a gigabit network (bandwidth shouldn't be an issue) and I can't find any errors about or before that time in /opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log /var/log/zimbra or maillog. I also grep'd any log in either location for anything on the date (May 3rd) during the hour of 2:PM 14:[0-9] - I didn't see anything.

Where would an error like this be logged? Then, of course, are there steps to fix this?

Thanks in advance,
todd_dsm
