    Can Any Buddy tell that how to get proper backup of mailboxes in opnsource edition.?

    Go to the wiki and read the articles on Backup, there are several solutions listed there. You could also search the forums as there's several threads that cover backing-up the Open Source version of Zimbra. Pick a solution that suits you and test it (including the restore) until your happy that it works.
