SMTP server reported: 554 5.7.1 Access denied

Hello everyone.

I have zimbra 6.0.5.

When I try to send a message, I present the following error:

SMTP server report: 554 5.7.1 Access denied

But if retry sending work properly. This happens all the Ussuri.
