Email Events will not Pop Up

Hi! I have some users that have set reminders or events on their calendars in zimbra calibration through the web browser, but the events or reminders will not pop up to remind them of a certain event or meeting. One users was working but it all of a sudden stop. It is not working at all. Does anyone have any idea what could be the problem?

Some idea of your Zimbra version and release plus which browser and release is in use (by the users) would be a good starting point. Please update your forum profile with the output of the following command (do not post it in this thread):

zmcontrol -v
