Default Upgrade from 5.0.11 to 6.0.6 Stats work, but not Web

Friends did the update, everything is working properly, all services, but when I enter the web all services appear as red XXXXXX ... I've tried numerous remedies in any forum and solved.

Anyone have any idea how to fix this??

Thanks

Do tell us in detail what you've tried so we don't waste time going over the same suggestions.

There are lots of "fixes" in the forums it is true, but we need you to tell us a bit more please...

At the 10,000 foot level, we find there are two major things that need to happen to get this to work:

First, all the data from all the servers needs to get into /var/log/zimbra*.log on the logger host.

Second, the logger host needs to be able to process that data successfully to be able to update the UI on the Admin Console.

Data not getting into /var/log/zimbra*.log is often a syslog configuration issue. There are all kinds of reasons the logger host can't process the logs.

So... where do things stand at your end so far?

Hope that helps, if only a little,
Mark
