Seems you have " My server requires authentication " clicked. Remove that. Pretty interesting , allows relaying.

i had tried what you suggested, but i get the error below

"An (SMTP) error occurred while sending mail. The server responded: Transaction failed"

"Sending of message failed.
The message could not be sent because the connection to SMTP server mail.noblehouse-labuan.com was lost in the middle of the transaction. Try again or contact your network administrator."

Seems to me to be a firewall issue. I have seen couple of times. Can you share /var/log/zimbra.log entry for this email transaction please ?
