Exclamation Zimbra messages not being delivered

Hi. I am using zimbra (Release 6.0.4_GA_2038.RHEL5_64_20091214192925 CentOS5_64 FOSS edition) and after installation have been experiencing the following:

Users are complaining about emails not being sent. After some research it seems that emails are being sent, acording to /var/log/maillog :

Apr 28 03:15:04 mail postfix/smtpd[14360]: connect from localhost.localdomain[127.0.0.1]
Apr 28 03:15:04 mail postfix/smtpd[14360]: 33E4029206AB: client=localhost.localdomain[127.0.0.1]

Apr 28 03:15:04 mail postfix/qmgr[24115]: 1B6E9292069D: removed

Apr 28 03:15:04 mail postfix/qmgr[24115]: 33E4029206AB: removed

After that /opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log says different:

2010-04-28 03:15:04,684 INFO [LmtpServer-67] [ip=192.168.10.1;] lmtp - Delivering message: size=4629 bytes,nrcpts=1,sender=anuncioswm4@anuncioswm.biz, msgid=<20100427221148.50884858@anuncioswm.biz>

2010-04-28 03:15:04,684 INFO [LmtpServer-67] [] ProtocolHandler - Handler exiting normally

This is happening with internal, external, first received and forwarded messages!

The problem is that no error messages are being sent to any user so when the complain appears is because a major problem raised because someone did not got some email.

I did search on the forums and found some info about this problem but any of this threads provides a solution.

Please let me know any suggestions please. Disabling the control for duplicates on zimbra is not an option because the implications on spam.

Regards.

Thanks for the information, but I am not thinking about doing the procedure describe in the link you that you sent because in other threads it talk about it and the spam implications.

Have you seen or someone at zimbra, any other approach to solve this?
