Hi

I have read this

RestrictPostfixRecipients - Zimbra :: Wiki

But I am new using zimbra, I want to know if it works in Zimbra 6.0.6 GA

Or if someone knows how to apply something like this, It will be helpfull to me

Ubutnu 8.04 64bits
Zimbra 6.0.6 GA 64 bits Open Source Version.
Only 1 Domain is running on my server.

Postfix hasn't changed in 6.0.6 so why you think it wont work ? Just go ahead as described in steps.
