Relay of mails (junk) are found and what can be doing to block the relay?

Seems either an open relay issue which you need to test. Else some user credential might be compromised.

By default ZCS is not a open relay; therefore have you checked whether you are indeed one ? Email Server Test - Online SMTP diagnostics tool - MxToolbox
