Query/Find big attachments in user account

Hello,
is there any way to query/find big attachments in a user account through zmmboxsearch or anything similar ??

I want to be able to script this, and find (for example) , all the attachments that are more than 5MB in a user , in order to delete them and free up some space in user's quota.

Or to be able to have a report that
userA@domain.com has 15 attachments that occupied 75MB of his quota
10 files are .zip
10 files are .avi
25 files are .bmp
etc...etc...

Any ideas how to start with that ?

Where can I find all the "options" / "attributes" of zmmailbox in order to be able to learn more things ??

Is there any help file/how to for the specific command ?
(unfortunately the help commands didn't help me at all ....)

And also do zmmailbox help <topic> for more information. You can save yourself some typing by just going into interactive mode via zmmailbox (no arguments).
