double-bounce problem

Hello.
we have zcs NE 6.06 in ubuntu 8.0.4 TLS 64 Bits.
Our system has been about 100% to fill the mailbox.
In that time has begun to send mail from double-bounce, so many that has collapsed our external mta.
How can disable this mail send , there is some attribute of zimbra for do it.
