Turn off AS/AV on Zimbra

I bought Mailspect MPP for antivirus/antivirus protection.

I want to turn off AS/AV on Zimbra. I unchecked "Enable spam checking and antivirus" and clicked save.

After I did that it seemed mail was not being delivered. When I enabled the service, mail began to flow again.

What is the proper way to turn off AS/AV??

Turn off Zimbra AS/AV services and then don't forget to restart your Zimbra Service :

su - zimbra
zmcontrol stop
zmcontrol start
