    Default Server Status show all services down

    Hi,

    When I access Zimbra Admin I see on "Server Status" that all services are down, but it's not true.

    $ zmcontrol status
    Host xxxx.com
    ldap Running
    logger Running
    mailbox Running
    memcached Running
    mta Running
    snmp Running
    spell Running
    stats Running

    $ zmcontrol -v

    Release 6.0.6_GA_2324.RHEL5_64_20100406150533 RHEL5_64 FOSS edition.

    I don't have statistics too.

    How can I solve this?

    Thank you.

    Welcome to the forums

    Are you running SSH on a non-standard port ? You could try updating the SSH key and re-deploying it
    Code:
    su - zimbra
    zmsshkeygen
    zmupdateauthkeys
    zmloggerctl stop ; zmloggerctl start

    Hi!

    SSH is running on port 22. I try to update the keys using those commands. Also try zmcontrol stop && zmcontrol start after the generation of keys, but services on "Server Status" are down.

    When I try to access the statistics I get this error message (I hate java error messages :P )

    Your /etc/hosts says your servername is os.correo.sedasolubles.com yet your MX record is pointing at mail.sedasolubles.com. The two should match so decide which one you want it to be and update hosts or DNS accordingly.
