how create email backup ( all email in and out )

Hi All,

my server setup done zimbra 6,
all working.

my server have 5 group email and 500 email user .

i have a question. how create an email can copy ( in and out email of all email user)

Ex :

                         [email]backup@mydomain.com[/email]
                                         ||
                  ( copy all email in and out of user to email backup )       
                         ||             ||          ||
               [email]user1@mydomain.com[/email]  user2    userxxx
                    ( when user@mydomain send or reply or forwall ... )

how to. or you can send me doc or learning step bu step.
