can't send attachment

Hello to all.

We can not send attachments (if these are very small yes)

If the attachment is sent from the webmail, it gives a network error... from outlook gives us a MAPI error.

The problem is that Outlook users when they send an attachment, this does not leave the outbox but gets the customer up to 10 times

Outlook users do not get the typical error resubmit.

Or do not receive any error, or get a MAPI error and the email stays in the outbox trying once again to be sent, the curious thing is that it reaches the recipient email (every time it try to send it)
