Default Maill sending and receiving problem

Hi

i am using Zimbra 5.0 when i send the mail to internal or external domain the notification is "message sent" but that mail should not receiving. their is no error message display. i restart all the services and again same problem occur.

if any one face the problem give the solution....

Are all the services running? Have you looked in the Admin UI to see if the email is deferred? Have you looked in the log files to see if the message was actually sent or what the errors are?

Default How to Restore Mails

Hi

i am new in Zimbra Mail Server. in before our organization using in Zimbra 5.0 now we can upgraded to Zimbra 6.0. Now i don't know how to restore mails to previous account users. Plz give me the steps... or mail to : surerama2005@gmail.com

Antivirus and spell check services not running so i changed to zimbra 6.0 version... Here only i have the problem to restore the mails to users...

You're not making it easy for anyone to help you, with this lack of information it's like pulling teeth. How did you 'change' to Zimbra 6? Is it an upgrade, new server or something else? How did you backup the users accounts from you 'old' server?

Why don't you try and fix the original problem? Was that a new server install or an upgrade? Why didn't you do an upgrade?

No, it's not easy and would depend on whether you took a backup. Please answer the questions I've asked you in my previous post.
