Default able to send but not receive - RELAY ACCESS DENIED

Hi everyone,

I've installed ZCS 6 last week and it was working fine until this morning, when I tried to follow the guide to manage SAMBA accounts with Zimbra admin console.

Actually, I don't know exactly what could've caused that but external senders are unable to send me emails and gets a RELAY ACCESS DENIED message automatically??? I always thought that those kind of message was sent by the SMTP server, but in this case, the problem is on my side. I even tried using my hotmail account and have the same error message while trying to send me an email.

Someone has any ideas what could cause that? Note that everything is working as usual and I'm able to send emails no problem. Could it have something to do with my LDAP server??? To make things more interesting, it seems that my zimbra.log is not capturing my logs somehow. But that's another issue...

Anyway, just wondering if someone has seen that before!

Thanks for your help!

I'd suggest you've most likely made a mistake in following the guide, check that you've done it correctly.

Have you checked the forums for this problem?

What errors do you see in the log files?
