[SOLVED] ClamAV version check?

Hi,

What's the command (via CLI) to check for which version of ClamAV I am running on my ZCI 5.0.2 install?

Or is there a way to do a version check in ZCI admin control panel?

I'm, running Centos 5.4 OS.

Maybe like this:
# cd /opt/zimbra/
# ls | grep clamav

clamav
clamav-0.95.3

One last question - how can I check to see if clamav is actually running and installed with ZCI - or maybe better asked, was running?

I want to check to confirm if that's why my mail server is down, because of the 15 April 2010 CVD special signature which disables all clamd.

Raj has answer your question on different thread. Yes, definitely your AV didn't work since 15 April 2010 because you have an obsolete ClamAV version.

Update your ClamAV version into minimum version 0.95.1 : http://www.zimbra.com/forums/announc...-new-post.html or the latest version 0.96

This is how we can get clamav version:

[root@domain~]# /opt/zimbra/clamav/sbin/clamd --version --config-file=/opt/zimbra/conf/clamd.conf
