Default Calandar Files Location on Server

Have ZCS 5.0.18 FOSS. Have a full backup of the /opt/zimbra directory that is done every night and sent to another box on a 10 day rotation using a script that I found here on the forums a while back.
We have a Office Shared calendar that I have set up by creating an Office 'user' and then giving all office users full rights to 'his' calendar. That way we have a general Calendar that all office folks have access to and can put appointments on and so forth. So far works great for about the year or so that we have been using it.
Had an issue where another office user accidentally removed anothers appointment on the shared calendar. (Side issue-Prompting me to start thinking about having the permissions set so folks can not modify/remove others appointments-but another e-mail/another day....)
We are a small office so we quickly found what the other appointment was lost and put it back in. However, this got me thinking and the reason I am posting a question-
Since I have a full Zimbra folder backup would there be any way I could simply find the shared Office users Calendar files and look through those and find missing?
For DR purposes I do have another PC 'ready to go' with an similar OS load with Zimbra OCS 5.0.18 loaded and could use to restore to-log in and go from there, but wondering if there would be an easier way by just looking at the files in my backup.
Thanks!

Calendar events are held within the Zimbra MySQL instance.
