Default [SOLVED] Zimbra server down

Hi,

I'm running ZCS version 5.0.2 and server was functioning fine until now, I can log in AOK but sent emails are not being received and vice versa. I'm getting no bounced emails either way.

What is the first thing I should check? ZCS was working fine until now...

most probably

ClamAV 0.94 EOL on ZCS 5.0.16 prior

ClamAV - Updating clamd for releases earlier than ZCS 5.0.16 - Zimbra :: Wiki

or please explain the problem in details so we can help

Raj

Well, that could be it then because I never upgraded either Zimbra nor Clam, and I stopped getting emails on April 15 at 1:43 PM.

I guess the first way to verify this is to see if Clam is installed in my system, how would I check that?

Actually I can't remember if I installed Clam on my system or not - I'm running the non commercial version - did Zimbra 5.0.2 come with Clam as a standard package?

I can't find the Admin console > server > services 'as/av' tab > in my admin console either.

I have remote root access BTW...

OK I found the Admin console > server > services tab in admin, I unchecked Anti Virus, have not run the ZCI restart instructions yet.

Also, how can I check if ClamAV shutdown was causing the problem? Anti Virus checkbox in admin does not indicate ClamAV, just Anti Virus; could it be a different AV application?

ClamAV .92 is installed on my Centos 5.4 system after running a version check, just want to make sure it was originally set up to run with Zimbra and want to confirm that's what's causing ZCI to be down...
